Our Worry-Free Return Policy is simple and straightforward. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of placing your order. Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date.

Condition: Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them, and include all warranty cards, the original box, and instructions.

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong product was received.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns on engraved items, custom orders, closeout or overstock items, used products not in new condition, and gift cards. Returns are also not accepted for items shipped to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories.

Restocking Fee: Returns after the 30-day return window are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a gift certificate.
Important Notes:
- All jewelry is carefully examined to ensure it is in perfect condition before shipping. JewelsObsession is not responsible for items that are broken or mishandled after delivery.
- If your item arrived damaged or if there is a problem with your order, please email us at jewels@jewelsobsession.com. We will address the issue promptly. For damaged or defective products, we reserve the right to replace parts. If a replacement part is not available, a new product will be shipped.
How to Return a Product:

Ship the Item: You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method. We require a return tracking number for all returns. JewelsObsession.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received in our warehouses.

Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified on your return packing slip. Credits are processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the return.
